Young Arab Voices: Resisting radicalisation

A group of young adults from across the Arab world brought together by Young Arab Voices discuss the radicalisation of their peers in the Middle East.  What are the lives of young Arabs really like compared with their portrayal in the West?  How do they resist radicalisation and win the battle of ideas in the region?

Filmed at the Battle of Ideas by WORLDbytes volunteers, the speakers are Anas Darkwawi (Syria), Samar Mezgheni (Tunisia), Saja Elgredly (Egypt) and Ahmad Hamad (Jordan).  The chair is Bruno Waterfield, Brussels correspondent, The Times.
