London Behind the Scenes Opportunities: Reseachers

Opportunity Details

The charity WORLDwrite needs volunteers aged 16 to 25 with ambition to work on a special project entitled London Behind the Scenes in the run up to the Olympics. The project involves creating short documentaries which examine hidden aspects of London for an alternative guide on DVD. No skills are needed and newcomers to London and the UK are especially welcome. Designed from scratch, research volunteers will carefully scrutinise facts, places, stories and points of interest not usually covered by the tourism industry. Volunteers may pursue this work from home, school or college, but will need to attend planning meetings. An uncompromising commitment to supporting people coming to the UK from all over the world is essential. A love of reading (whole books) is also a must!

Qualifications Required
