Tour managers can manage a small aspect of this project or oversee all aspects of its development and take on the whole managerial job, from recruitment to delivery to budgeting. No previous managerial experience required but a willingness to be a team leader and a people person, to pay attention to detail, to follow all developments and put the time in is a must for would-be managers. Young volunteers who get stuck into this project may opt for training from the tourism industry (accreditation pending), allowing volunteers to officially manage and guide groups and individuals in London and eventually help make it paid work. Expenses will be paid to those who consistently put the work in and if these tours take off it could become paid work. An uncompromising commitment to supporting people coming to the UK from all over the world is essential.
