1995

August 1995 was the fiftieth anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Approximately 200,000 people were killed instantly by the two bombs 'Fat Man' and 'Little Boy'. WORLDwrite aimed to send 200,000 letters of friendship from Britain to Japan.
